Boumi Temple
5050 King Ave, Rosedale, MD 21237
Our Master of Ceremonies will be Jamie Costello, former TV News anchor. Jamie Costello wears Baltimore on his sleeve. Jamie grew up in Rosedale and joined WMAR-2 News May 29, 1987. When he’s not telling stories about you, he is in your community serving as emcee for various charities and organizations. He has reported on our successes and our falls. Jamie roots for the Ravens, Orioles and is a fan of making this town of ours better!

Guest Speaker will be Master Sergeant Chris Corbin

Chris Corbin entered military service in July 1995. On February 17th, 2011 Corbin was on his 3rd tour to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). That day, he was on patrol with his Operational Detachment Alpha through a village in the Helmand Province, when he stepped on an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Due to the resulting blast MSG Corbin suffered injuries to both legs, resulting in bilateral, below-the-knee amputation. After what was thought to be a long road to rehabilitation, on July 15th, 2011, less than five months after his injury, Corbin was medically cleared to Return to Duty with the 7th Special Forced Group (A). He has since been medically discharged with a rank of Master Sgt. Chris continues to motivate others by leading by example and always pushing further ahead.
